With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, René Iverson has held executive positions with the top award-winning design firms in San Diego. As a VP she was active in client relations, contract negotiations, directing and managing design staff, and employee training. Respected for her excellent leadership abilities and visionary attitude, she was instrumental in assisting builders with space planning, attending frame walks and site meetings, and refining architectural plans.

In 2003, René established Iverson Interiors, a full-service interior design firm. Her in-depth knowledge of construction and outstanding ability to visualize and implement a design plan help simplify the process for her customers. Using a systematic approach, Iverson Interiors provides organized documentation and communication throughout the design process. Rene’s focus and attention to every detail ultimately saves her clients both time and money.

Iverson Interiors works with several award-winning home builders and well established general contractors on product development and special project designs to “value engineer” construction issues in the early stages of development to help ensure the projects total design success.

Our diverse portfolio includes custom residential design, remodel and new construction design, model home merchandising, home sale staging, kitchen & bath design, new home sales offices, corporate offices, community centers, retail store design, as well as a custom yacht. Community refurbishing & charitable contributions include Kaleo Christian Church and the National City Middle School Project.

A native San Diegan, René is a graduate of the Design Institute of San Diego California, with an emphasis in architectural interior design. While studying, she was awarded an internship with Walt Disney Design Studios.
